We are a growing privately owned and operated excavating company with expertise commercial, utility and residential excavation as well as demolition work.

We strive to be an organization that combines its' family owned old-fashioned work ethic with state-of-the-art excavation equipment that enables us to get more work done with a smaller more qualified crew which allows the customer exceptional value.
EXCELLENT SAFETY RECORD
Our company has a demonstrated commitment to safety. We have done work for a variety of private clients who place a high priority on safety.
The company is also a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, and we are currently participating in the association's Safety Training and Evaluation Process. Our EMR rating is .78.
MONEY WHERE OUR MOUTH IS
The company enjoys rewarding our employees with a bonus at the end of the year. This bonus is largely based on safety throughout the year.
We have attached our Companies Extensive and Comprehensive safety plan as a resource for clients and also to help prove our commitment to safety for potential clients.
At Glewen & Sons I look at each employee as a family member. So saying safety is a priority is an understatement.

EMR/TRAINING
While our .78 EMR speaks for itself we realize safety is an ongoing commitment. This is why we train in Competent Person, MSHA and OSHA 10hr. We also believe weekly toolbox talks are an important part in the ongoing commitment.
